DEATH is a fact of life, a fact that is often overlooked. The idea that we will one day cease to exist in this world may be so unbearable to some that we push thoughts of death out of our conscious awareness. Inevitably though, we will face our own mortality, and the fears and anxieties that it triggers when denial is no longer possible.

 

It is the goal of therapy to help individuals to acknowledge and bear the reality of life and to explore the opportunity to enrich our lives and realign life’s priorities.
