COUNSELLING FOR MENOPAUSE

A NEW
PHASE,
OF LIFE

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

BOOK APPOINTMENT

Menopause counselling is here to support all women as we go through one of life’s most natural transitions. It’s a supportive process designed to assist women in understanding, adapting to, and managing the multifaceted changes that occur during the menopausal transition.

Many women experience emotional and psychological changes during menopause, such as mood swings, anxiety, depression, and difficulty coping with physical symptoms. Counseling can help by providing emotional support, coping strategies, and education about menopause. themselves.

We start by getting to know you—your symptoms, concerns, and how menopause is affecting your daily life. You’ll learn more about the different stages of menopause (like perimenopause and postmenopause) and what’s normal to expect. Knowledge is power, and understanding what your body is going through can help ease a lot of worry or confusion.

Menopause can bring mood swings, anxiety, or even feelings of sadness. You’re not alone—and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed. Counselling gives you a safe space to talk about how you’re feeling and to learn ways to manage emotions in a healthy, empowering way.

Changes in mood, energy, or libido can sometimes affect relationships with partners, family, or friends. We’ll talk about how to keep communication open, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen your support system—at home, at work, and beyond
