Our therapists value the importance of embracing diversity across ethnicity, gender identities, sexual orientation, culture groups, & spiritual affiliations.

We recognise and value the unique characteristics, experiences, and perspectives of all individuals and groups. Truly recognizing and embracing these various dimensions of diversity helps our therapists to provide more inclusive and culturally responsive care that meets the unique needs of all clients, regardless of their backgrounds or identities.

Our therapists are
committed to self-reflection, continuous learning & professional development.
We take a humble approach that acknowledges that no one can fully understand the experiences of another person and commit to ongoing growth and understanding

We believe in creating a supportive and empowering therapeutic environment that fosters healing, growth, and positive change for our clients.

“Every client is an unique individual, and counselling is by nature, a deeply personal experience”.

Hello, I’m Han—a counsellor/psychotherapist who’s here to help you untangle life’s messier moments (because let’s be honest, we all have them). Think of me as guiding & journeying with you through the twists and turns of life messier moments, unknotting emotional knots that trauma, anxiety, depression and/or tricky relationships can create.

Therapy with me is a safe, supportive space—like a cozy couch for your mind—where you can be yourself without judgment. Before I became a therapist/counsellor, I spent over a decade in the finance industry—so I know a thing or two about high-stakes stress, endless meetings, and the art of looking calm while internally screaming. Having survived the corporate jungle, I understand the pressures of deadlines, performance anxiety, and yes office politics.

What I Can Help With: From Anxiety to Existential Crises

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals from all walks of life, supporting them through facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and those classic existential “what-am-I-doing-with-my-life” , “who am I, really?” moments. I have a special interest in helping those who’ve experienced trauma— whether it’s healing from childhood wounds, managing PTSD, or navigating the recovery from painful relationships.

I have a special focus on emotional dysregulation—helping clients manage those moments when emotions feel like an out-of-control theme park ride. Together, we’ll work on practical tools to handle stress, regain a sense of balance, and improve overall well-being. I also offer compassionate support for grief, loss, end-of-life issues, and those deep philosophical musings that tend to pop up at 2 AM.

My Therapy Philosophy: No Judgment, Just Growth

I firmly believe that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Life is full of challenges, but I believe you already have the strength to overcome them—I’m just here to help you find it. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and navigate life’s rollercoaster.

My Therapeutic Approach: A Little Bit of This, A Little Bit of That

Every person is unique, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I use a mix of therapeutic techniques to create an individualized plan that actually fits you. Whether you’re dealing with deep emotional struggles, relationship challenges, or just wondering about life, death and meaning, we’ll explore it together. I help clients uncover the root of their issues, develop coping strategies, build resilience, and rediscover your strengths—all with a healthy dose of empathy (and maybe a little humor when needed).

Taking the First Step: Scary but Worth It

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, like finally opening that email you’ve been ignoring. But trust me, it’s worth it. A little bit of empathy, respect, and understanding can go a long way in easing emotional distress. At the core of my work is a belief in holistic healing—because true change isn’t just about managing symptoms, it’s about reclaiming your sense of self and moving forward with confidence.

So, if you’re ready to start your journey towards healing (or just want to figure out why life feels the way it does), let’s talk. I‘d be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey. Your privacy is always respected, and your well-being is my priority.
